Some will have experienced the horrors of abuse in a church context – many others will know the pain of sharing lives with individuals whose words and actions fall short of what God wants from his church – it is our privilege to walk alongside each with love and care.

What follows are resources – reflection questions, ideas on how to lament, and hints on how to help others process their pain before the Lord. These are designed as resources for those in pastoral care roles to use as we walk alongside others – resources to fuel conversation and fuel prayer. Alongside there are some stories – different stories will be on the website at different times – stories to help us reflect and help us grow. It is our prayer that these resources will be of great value as we all seek to follow Christ in seasons of suffering.
