Resources: Anger

Some of us explode, some of us keep our anger deep within, but most of us know anger’s snare. The Bible, however, calls us to a life of peace - so how can we help each other get there?

Anger is more than just an emotion or a behaviour, it tells us something important about our heart. Our anger is not just rooted in the injustices coming at us (significant though those are), it’s rooted in our desires.

Managing our anger, therefore, needs to involve more than dealing with hard situations or learning some techniques, it requires a change in us. In these resources, there is wisdom to help us spur each other on towards Christ-centred heart change and peace.
