Resources: Anxiety

1 in 6 people struggle with anxiety. All of us know what it is to worry. But how can we help?

Anxiety hurts. We want to make it go away. That may not be completely possible this side of the new heavens and the new earth but there is always hope for change. How might that happen? There is huge wisdom in the world – nudging us to relax, reframe and reprioritise. There can be great merit in engaging with medical professionals.

But none of those things offer Jesus – the one who knows us most and loves us best, the one who truly has the strength, wisdom and power to enable us to navigate this fallen world. In the resources that follow, there is Christ-centred hope and help for those with an anxious heart and those who are walking alongside.
