Dynamics of Biblical Change
The foundational 10-week course spread over 6 months.
The Certificate Programme in Conversational Ministry and Biblical Counselling aims to equip students to develop a culture of care in the local church.
Dynamics of Biblical Change addresses these things and more. It describes how Christ’s past grace, present grace, and future grace speak to our hearts and change the way we live our daily lives.
The 6-month version
Through Scripture, online lectures, assigned readings and case studies, you’ll explore these very practical ministry questions. Two personal-change projects are key to applying the principles of the course personally.
Dynamics over 6 months runs from January to the start of July. Originally designed for those in church leadership, applications are welcomed from those with any responsibility in the local church, and anyone who aspires to be better equipped in their personal discipleship and pastoral care.
This 6-month version of the course provides a more flexible introduction to conversational ministry training for those whose local church responsibilities mean that they are not easily able to take the course at the normal speed.

Course Format
In this half-speed version of Dynamics of Biblical Change, students have a fortnight in which to watch the lectures and complete the reading and assignments for that “week”, all at time that suits their own schedule. An online message-board offers interaction with other students. We estimate the time commitment as approximately 8-10 hours per fortnight.
Feedback on coursework is provided by BCUK graders, and two optional online seminars during the course give opportunity to ask questions of a Biblical Counselling UK Tutor.
