Foundation Courses Registration

Thank you for your interest in registering for CPC Summer 2026.

Please complete the form below by 16th March 2026 which collects the information we need to register you on the course and get you started.

We also need to check you have achieved the prerequisite courses and that your church reference is up to date.

After you submit this registration form, you will receive an email with payment details. Your registration will not be complete until we have received payment, so please follow the payment procedure.

The CPC 10 weeks course fee is £515. Payment is due by Monday 30th March 2026. An administration fee of £25 may be added for payments after the due date. Access to the course will only be granted to those who have paid the fees in full. Please contact us about paying in instalments or bursary fund applications.

Privacy notice concerning online seminars

Where online seminars are offered, they are provided via Zoom (or a similar alternative). Zoom’s privacy policy is available at https://zoom.us/privacy. The purpose of seminars is live interaction. However, on occasion we may record content to distribute to students. Recordings of seminars may also be used for training and as a resource for Biblical Counselling UK tutors. Where online seminars are recorded, Biblical Counselling UK is the data controller and the video conferencing provider is the data processor. Students’ personal data is processed under the legal basis of contract. Where a seminar is being recorded, the tutor will inform students and this is indicated in the on-screen display. Only the main sessions would be recorded.  Our policy is not to allow breakout rooms to be recorded. Recordings are stored in the Zoom cloud and/or in Biblical Counselling UK’s file storage.

Dynamics of Biblical Change and Helping Relationships are pre-requisites for taking Church Pastoral Care.  Please confirm that you have completed / are currently studying these courses by checking the boxes below:

Please note that if it is more than three years since you studied with us or you have changed church, we will require an up-to-date reference. If so, the Course Administrators will be in touch with you.
